Katie at Root Realty was incredible through the whole home buying process. This was my first home purchase and I had a lot to learn. Katie was always there to answer all of my questions. If a last minute showing would occur, she was always moving around her schedule to be there with me. If in a rare instance she couldn't be there, she would always send another Root Realty agent for me. She also had a ton of recommendations for inspectors, plumbers, engineers, and other contractors. I was happy with every single person she suggested. Her knowledge of older homes, specifically in the Avondale/Riverside/San Marco area was invaluable. When we got into negotiations, she fought for what I wanted. I was able to close on my house in 30 days and I felt confident throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!

I was in search for an investment property in Jacksonville and I had been working with another agent before Dany, but they just weren't very responsive or interested in helping. I was put in touch with Dany and she was amazing right from the start. We were chatting every day about possible properties and leads.

Our home purchase journey in Jacksonville was a long rollercoaster of lows and highs, but having Brooke by our side made it so much better. We worked with a two person team from Root Realty, and Brooke was the person we saw most often. “Willing to go above + beyond”
I worked with Lauren to purchase my home in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a wonderful street. From beginning to end Lauren was a joy to go through the home buying process with. She is impressively knowledgeable, always prioritized my needs and wants, and navigated the sellers market with grace and tenacity. Lauren educated me on the process from the start, set expectations for what I would experience in this hot market, and was correct about everything! She was always responsive and available to answer my questions. Her negotiation skills are top of the line, and she secured me a deal at asking, BUT with a very nice credit and 20k of repairs to be completed by the buyer prior to close. I did NOT expect a deal even close to what she delivered in this market. Her inspector recommendations were excellent, and she has followed up with me after buying. She is an absolute expert and it was a true delight to have the opportunity to work with her for my home purchase. This is my second home purchase, and the experience is night and day between her and my previous realtor. I will direct all of my friends and family straight to Lauren when they are ready to buy or sell. I cannot recommend her and Root Realty highly enough.
