Chai’s Favorite Real Estate Story

My favorite real estate experience is when I get to help my close friends and family with their real estate goals. It was such an honor to help my friend sell his townhome. He was looking for a new place to call home in the Murray Hill area as well. We found a perfect home for him with a nice backyard space for his 3 adorable cats.  He loves the fact that he can walk and ride his bike to restaurants and shops in Murray Hill and Riverside. I'm so happy for him, and I am thankful that he trusted me to help him find the perfect space for him + his fur baby’s!

Jamily’s Favorite Real Estate Story

My mother is a lady of many virtues. She's an entrepreneur, a go-getter, a dreamer, an extremely successful business owner, and incredibly smart. When she asked me to help her buy a fixer-upper home I was so excited! Not only was it the first home she had purchased in over 19 years but it wasn't even in Jacksonville! I was able to help her win in multiple offers on a foreclosure blocks from Siesta Key Beach in the Gulf of Mexico. It was such a special time for us both. I was stretched as a REALTOR® in more ways than one while juggling an important transaction 300 miles away. But more importantly I watched my mom fall in love with a new property with endless possibilities for her future! She basically gutted the place and the renovation is almost complete. She gets a fresh start in a place she designed on her own and I couldn't be more proud of her. Helping her buy this home was by far my favorite transaction but not just because it was so close to home (haha) but because I witnessed what I think every REALTOR® strives to see in their customers: complete joy, excitement and confidence. My mom and I were both immensely blessed by the house on Siesta Drive.

Emily’s Favorite Real Estate Story

“I was lucky enough to convince some of my closest friends to move from Avondale to Springfield (just a block away from me!) AND my parents moved from Tennessee to their Avondale home.  Both homes are gorgeous and the people that own them are so special to me.  There is nothing better than having friends and family close by & to have them trust you with their real estate investments!“

Amandas Favorite Real Estate Story

I was approached by a young buyer to help him buy his first home. After several months he couldn’t find the right one so decided to wait. A year later he reached out and he had met this really sweet girl and he wanted to try again but we still couldn’t find the right one so they decided to wait another year. We ended up working a total of four years together and I saw him go from a young single guy to meeting the perfect girl, marrying her, and finding the perfect home when their second baby was on the way. I loved being part of their journey and helping them find the perfect home to raise their sons in!

Dany's Favorite Real Estate Story

My favorite house to buy was 4009 Villa San Jose Dr, for several reasons: my client was a couple moving from upstate New York to Jacksonville, they had NEVER been to Jacksonville and they were looking for a mid-century modern house, with enough space for them and their 5 children, ages 0-10, they also wanted the house to be close to a school with a Spanish immersion program and preferably with a pool or a big space to plant a garden. When I first saw this house, I fell in love with it, the front yard was gorgeous and the inside was the perfect combination of vintage with modern touches, I showed it to my clients via face time and they loved it too! Since the house was old and needed some repairs, I was able to negotiate for them a $10k price reduction + $8k seller contribution towards closing costs. Location was perfect, it had everything they wanted (including the pool) and thanks to the listing agent, I was able to find them a free vintage piano as a surprise!
